Comissions
How and when should interested customers contact you?
Potential clients can contact me via email info@lizcmillsom.com.au any day of the week. I will reply within 2-3 working days.
Do you accept commissioned portraits of people?
Yes, I do accept commissioned portraits. We would have a consultation to discuss size, media, subject and time. A fifty percent deposit is required before commencing artwork. The remaining amount will be paid on the completion and delivery of the artwork.
What do you need to draw/paint a commission of a pet?
I simply need a high-resolution photo of your pet. It must be clear, not blurry, not cropped and shows a sharp image of your pet.
Is the artwork available for purchase?
Yes, there is an online shop coming soon where you can view and purchase paintings and prints. All products are posted directly to your address through Australia Post.

Do you deliver nationally?
Yes, I can deliver nationally without paying additional fees.
How long will it take until I receive my package if I live in Australia?
It can take up to 2- 7 days depending on location. The parcel is sent the next working day from day of order. I use Australia Post.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, with an additional delivery fee depending on the weight and zone you live in. I use Australia Post to deliver all my work. Please click here for more information on delivery times.
How long will it take to deliver internationally?
Depending on the zone you live it will take 7-14 days. Due to Covid disruptions it may take longer.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes, if for some reason you wish to return item (does not include commissions) you can return within 7 days. Conditions are the item must not be opened, damaged or used and able to be resalable. When the item has been returned, I will refund your money.

Do you run workshops?
Yes I run introductory workshops on drawing, painting and linocuts, either from my home studio or can come to you if your within Melbourne surrounding suburbs. I would need a minimum of 6 people for a workshop. I will provide tuition, tools, equipment and materials. Prices vary depending on which artform and number of people.
Choose your theme, subject matter and artform; email any enquiries and we’ll organise a consultation to further discuss all details. A 50% deposit is required a week before the workshop commences and the balance paid at end of workshop. All participants will finish workshop with a completed work of art!
